Events of May 1871 containing the account of the entry of the army into Paris and the battle of the streets, historical and archaeological notes on all the monuments and private houses burned or destroyed ... a collection of photographs before and after the fire. Raffet, 2 folding plates "second siege of Paris, April 2 - May 21, 1871", "bloody week May 21 to May 28, 1871" drawn by Charles Proles. 5/ - Rousset (commander Léonce). - General history of the French-German war (1870-71). 6 volumes in-8, bound in red half-chagrin, spine with gilt fleurons, author and title gilt. Complete with the 32 maps mounted on tabs and distributed in fine of the 6 volumes. Nice condition.
