Packaging
Hôtel Drouot offers a free packaging service, allowing buyers to transport their purchases under the best conditions.
Located on the ground floor of the Hôtel des ventes in the Customer Centre, this service is available during sales from Monday to Friday, from 1:30 to 6:30 pm.

The Drouot Shopping Service is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 10am and from 1.30pm to 6pm, as well as on certain Saturdays.
Access is authorized after depositing an identity document with the security staff of the Hôtel Drouot.


Lots purchased at the Hôtel Drouot can be collected free of charge in the auction room until 7pm on the evening of the session and between 8am and 10am the following day.

If you are not able to pick it up immediately, your purchase will be handled by the Shopping Department.

This service is subject to a charge, under the following conditions:
- File fees including VAT per batch: 5 €
- Storage and insurance fees including VAT per batch:
1 € / day, the first 4 working days
1 € / 5 € / 10 € / 20 € / day, from the 5th working day, depending on the nature of the batch*

The file fees are limited to 50 € including tax per withdrawal.10 days of storage are offered for lots handled by Transport Drouot-Géodis.

br />We inform you that
- The lots are delivered by Drouot Magasinage after full payment of the sums due for storage, on presentation of the paid slip and/or the sales label.
- Any item/lot that is not removed within one year of entering the Warehousing service will be deemed abandoned and its ownership transferred to Hôtel Drouot as a guarantee to cover storage costs.

Very small: jewellery, books, unframed works on paper, lots with a volume of less than 0.10m3 and less than 10kg
Petits : tables measuring less than 1.5 x 1.5 m, lots with a volume of less than 0.10m3 and a weight between 10kg and 20kg, lots with a volume between 0.10m3 and 0.50m3 and weighing less than 20kg
Means : tables measuring more than 1.5 x 1.5 m, lots with a volume of less than 0.50 m3 and a weight of between 20 and 50 kg, lots with a volume of between 0.50 m3 and 2 m3 and a weight of less than 50 kg
Grands : batches weighing more than 50kg, batches with a volume of more than 2m3, furniture sets
