This mirror is reminiscent of antique bronze mirrors.
For his creation, Jean Letourneur drew inspiration from the studies carried out by ONERA at Dassault's request for the design of the Rafale: the mirror corresponds to the aircraft in motion, and the windings around it to the movement of the air. The transcription of this natural phenomenon, scientifically observed, gives rise to a singular work of art, driven by an upward movement. Its base counterbalances its upward momentum, anchoring it to the earth and its four cardinal points.
