Sautelet et Cie, 1826. 2 volumes in-8 in half-basane with smooth spines decorated with romantic gilded decoration, gilded title and tomaison - T 1: head cap shaved and tailbone of the first plate split over 5 cm, the first 4 ff. are pierced in the center of the leaf, with paper missing (1.5 - 1 - 0.5 - and 0.5 cm2); T 2: top cap torn off, ink stain at top corner of fx-title; scattered freckles in both volumes, small very pale wetness in bottom margin of last 20 pages of T 2 - [1 f. de fx-titre], xiv pp., pp. 5 to 390; 442 pp. First edition. Only 500 copies of this anonymous first edition were printed at the author's expense. A first-edition copy with the "E" of Bourse du T 1 printed horizontally.
