Large in-4 (31 x 31.7 cm) ecru publisher's percaline titled in red on the spine and stamped with the letters "AT" in red on the front cover, protective rhodoid, titled slipcase - Illustrated with 66 photographs, some in color. Edition of 500 copies, this one no. 210, justified in pencil and signed by the artist. 2/ - Yorick Blumenfeld. - Blumenfeld [Erik]. Nudes. Paris, Éditions de La Martinière, 1999. In-4, red publisher's cloth titled in black on spine, dust jacket illustrated with black photograph titled in red - 144 pp. Photographs mainly in black. Erik Blumenfeld (1897-1969) was a German photographer who became a naturalized American citizen. He was famous for his fashion photos from the 1940s-1950s, which appeared in Vogue and Harper's Bazar, among other publications. Beautiful tribute by his second son, Yorik. 3/ - William E. Although each image varies infinitely in detail (weather, time and light, lenses, film, filters), they all retain a fundamental composition: water and sky bisected by the horizon.
