Wool velvet on wool foundations, Empire green field decorated with scrolls of crenellated branches with feather-like foliage terminating in polychrome floral buds framing a large central medallion with multicolored floral wreath.
Wide ivory border decorated with reserves and compartments of polychrome flower sprays framed by floral wreath spandrels. Maintenance restorations (notably in the border). Slight cuts. Remarkable freshness of color and condition. Beautiful polychromy.
