Robert Wlerick (1882-1944) Lydie Paquereau, 1929 Cast pewter. Signed R. Wlérick on the back. No founder's mark. H. 52 cm including marble base H.14 cm Small accident on the nose. Provenance: Artist's family. This portrait represents Lydie Paquereau, daughter of the painter Paul Paquereau. The latter was also the director of the eponymous gallery that hosted the first exhibition dedicated to the sculptor in 1929.
