François Raoul Larche (1860-1912) With mirror Model created circa 1892, Siot Decauville edition circa 1900 Tin sculpture Signed "RAOUL LARCHE" on the terrace Bears the founder's stamp "SIOT DECAUVILLE FONDEURS PARIS" and the number "R925". H. 45 cm In 1892, Raoul Larche presented a plaster model of two child satyrs observing their reflection, entitled Au miroir, at the Salon. A bronze version topped the monument to the sculptor erected in Coubron in 1914. The model is cast by Siot-Decauville in bronze and pewter in two dimensions.
