White pelican, Europe, circa 1930 Large asymmetrical pelican feather fan. Brown tortoiseshell frame. Bracket. Marcasite numeral on the plume. Height 57 cm (some damage to feathers) In a cardboard box bearing the address of Maison Faucon on Avenue de l'Opéra in Paris. Hawksbill specimens of pre-Convention marine turtle Cheloniidae spp (I/A), predating June 1, 1947 and therefore conforming to EC Regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996 art.2-Wmc. A CITES re-export permit will be required for export from the European Union, at the expense of the future buyer.
