Lucien Schnegg (1864-1909) The pensive Original plaster with reference points H. 48 cm Lucien Schnegg, Gaston's brother, is best known as a portrait painter. Although he took on numerous commissions, the bulk of his portraits were family portraits. Our studio plaster with nails is a preparatory study for the marble bust now in the Musée de La Piscine in Roubaix. This charming child's bust is presented in Roubaix in a room dedicated to childhood, alongside Camille Claudel's famous Petite Châtelaine.
