Gold case engraved with a gardening scene. Wear and tear. Mid 18th century. D. 46 mm Gross weight 88.80 g The Castel brothers founded a watchmaking school in Bourg-en-Bresse in 1763. The school became the Manufacture Royale and closed in 1777.
