Wear and tear and small lack of material H. 40 cm This representation of a village and its vegetal environment is marked by the cubism of Léopold Survage (1879-1968), whose lover Hélène Oettingen was, as well as by the poetic compositions of Serge Férat (1878-1958), her cousin.x000D_ Fascinating personality of the artistic Paris of the 1910s, a patron of the arts for a time when she was married to Baron Otto von Oettingen, she wrote under the pseudonym of Roch Grey and also painted under the pseudonym of François Angiboult.
