Platinum ring 850‰, adorned with an oval-shaped coral cabochon*, shouldered with taper-cut and brilliant-cut diamonds. French work. Finger size 52 Gross weight 6.10 g CORAL (mentioned by a*) Corallium spp specimen (CITES appendix IIB pre-convention), is not subject to the French regulation (Regie 338/97 of 9/12/1996 in its article 2-W mc), this coral not being taken on the French coasts. This specimen is therefore not subject to the prohibition of the French environmental code. This specimen can be marketed in the European Union because the material is worked in the form of jewelry. Nevertheless a CITES re-export will be necessary for an exit of the European Union and that with the load of the future purchaser.
