H. 28 cm This bust of the writer Emile Zola is part of a series of portraits of great personalities of the artistic sphere executed by Jules Jouant. A practitioner in Auguste Rodin's studio, he exhibited sculptures and objets d'art in the Art Nouveau movement at the Salon from 1883.
