Paris, Fournier jeune, 1834-1835. 7 volumes in 5 volumes in-8, green half calf, smooth spines decorated with gilt fillets and cold fleurons slightly rubbed, first volume a little swollen by humidity with a crushed corner and wide light wetness on the whole volume, curls, one notebook disbound in volume 3. Partly first edition. Famous memoirs covering the entire 18th century, but apocryphal and due to the pen of Pierre-Marie-Jean Cousin de Courchamps. 3/ Montpensier, Mlle de. - Memoirs collated on the autograph manuscript with biographical and historical notes by A.
