Bound in full marbled blond calf, spine with 5 nerves partitioned and decorated with flowers, triple cold fillet on the boards, roulette on the edges, red edges. A good copy (plate and spine sunned; some internal spotting). An important manual for distillers and perfumers attributed to Father Polycarpe Poncelet, a recollector and agronomist specializing in wheat. The first edition appeared in 1755.
