Henri-Raphaël Moncassin (1883-1958) Fool or beggar Terra cotta print Signed "HR Moncassin H. 17 x W. 11,7 x D. 11 cm Small accidents Henri-Raphaël Moncassin was a student at the École des Beaux-Arts in Toulouse and then in Paris, where he was taught by Antonin Mercié. From 1905, he regularly presented his works at the Salon des artistes Français. He was awarded the second prize in Rome in 1905, but in 1908 he obtained a travel grant to discover Italian collections.
