CABINET in wood with carved decoration of cranes and mumi-ji (maple) leaves on a background of swastikas motifs, the borders of a Greek frieze, opening in front with four sliding doors, two hinged doors (accident at the hinge) and two drawers. The decoration is enhanced by applications of mother-of-pearl and partially stained bone, Kirikan gold lacquer, depicting birds, chrysanthemums and wisteria on a gold background.
