NEVERS, late 18th century REVOLUTIONARY ASSEMBLY with contoured edges with polychrome decoration in the centre of a cherub in flight sounding the trumpet with a pennant marked peace and holding a palm in his left hand. Below a bastille. Flowered branches and blue net on the wing. Carries two labels from the PM Sestié collection and the Gossec conservatory exhibition March 1989 on the reverse.
