NEVERS, late 18th century - Lot 194
NEVERS, late 18th century REVOLUTIONARY PLATE with contoured edges, polychrome decoration in the centre of Mirabeau's tomb seen from the small side. Garland of flowers above. On the edge a row of manganese beads and stylized yellow combed beads. Carries two labels from the PM Sestié collection and the Gossec conservatory exhibition March 1989. One joins A PLATE with contoured edges, polychrome decoration in the center in a medallion of Mirabeau's tomb surmounted by a banner marked Mirabeau N'est plus.
