Signed jewel of G. Braque, numbered 2/8. DC goldsmith's stamp. In its case. Length 49.5 cm Gross weight 110 g Attached is a certificate of authenticity from Mr Armand Israël, expert, publisher and rightful owner of Georges Braque certifying: the necklace "ICARIOS" on chain "MESOPOTAMIA" in yellow gold and cornelian stone numbered 2/8, is indeed from an original gouache signed Georges Braque (1962) and reproduced p.60 "Icarios" and 50 "Mesopotamia" in the book Les Métamorphoses de Braque de Heger by Loewenfeld and Raphaël by Cuttoli, Editions FAC, Paris, 1989.
